I have a seep from the lower swivel pin on both sides. It is not bad, but drips are starting to form on one or more of the studs. I'm thinking that the o-rings have perished. Is o-ring replacement as simple as dropping the steering arm on each swivel, or is it a lot more comlex?

FWIW, my swivels are in fantastic shape, with proper preload and the swivel seal itself also intact.
